What personal data we collect and why
Contact form submissions
When you submit a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation (if provided), and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to follow up on potential consulting or training engagements. The lawful basis for this processing is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).
Discovery call bookings
When you book a discovery call, we collect your name, email address, and any information you provide about your requirements. This data is processed to schedule and conduct the call. The lawful basis is legitimate interest and, where the booking leads to a service agreement, the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This collects anonymised data including pages visited, time spent on site, approximate geographic location, browser type, and device type. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. The lawful basis is legitimate interest. - Mailing list data: Retained until you unsubscribe.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties. Your data may be shared with:
- Google (analytics data, anonymised)
- Our email hosting provider (Google Workspace, for email communications)
- Our website hosting provider (Krystal, for website operation)
